For those who have been following my journey—through this podcast, my social media, or even my run selfies—you know how much I believe in the power of running. It’s more than just movement; it’s community, transformation, and a form of self-care that connects mind, body, and spirit. That’s why I’m thrilled to officially announce that I’m launching my run coaching business!
Why Coaching?
I became a USATF-certified running coach in 2022 because I saw firsthand how running could change lives. As both a runner and a pastor, I’ve worked with kids and adults alike, helping them set goals, find joy in movement, and experience the deeper benefits of a consistent running practice. Now, I’m excited to bring that experience to even more people, offering personalized coaching to meet runners wherever they are on their journey.
What I Offer
Whether you’re training for your first 5K, chasing a marathon PR, or simply looking to integrate movement into your life in a more intentional way, I’ve got you covered. I can work with you off and on, offer a training plan, or work closely and analyze progress to help reach your goals. My coaching services include:
One-on-One Coaching – Personalized guidance tailored to your needs and goals.
Custom Training Plans – Programs designed specifically for your fitness level and race distance.
Coaching Consultations – Available for conversations about where you are to offer advice or support on where you see yourself going.
I beleive in wellness-focused coaching: Offering a special emphasis on individuals in demanding roles integrate running as a sustainable self-care practice.
Running as Self-Care
As someone who has served in pastoral ministry for over a decade, I know how easy it is to put personal wellness on the back burner. Far too often, those in caregiving roles—whether clergy, teachers, or community leaders—give so much to others that their own well-being suffers. My goal is to help change that.
Running isn’t just about physical fitness; it’s about mental clarity, stress relief, and reclaiming time for yourself. It can be a form of spiritual renewal, a way to step outside of the daily grind and reconnect with what matters most.
