I like to help personalize the sport of running for anyone who finds a passion for it — or has personal goals they want to achieve. I am not here to tell you what you need to do, but to work alongside you to help you identify and work towards goals that are right for you. Whether you just need help understanding what workouts go well to help train for your first marathon — or how to train to try and hit that elusive Boston Qualifier — I will work with you to help you in your effforts to get the most out of yourself.
