Ashley is a seminary student at Duke Divinity School, and is an aspiring United Methodist Pastor. She talks about her struggles with an eating disorder and the impact it had on her mental health. She dives into how this haas change her outlook on an active lifestyle and the steps she has taken to ensure that she is able to care for herself.
